A Novel Linguistic Interval-Valued Pythagorean Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Group Decision-Making for Sustainable Building Materials Selection

The linguistic interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy (LIVPF) sets, which absorb the advantages of terms set and can efficiently describe decision makers’ evaluation information in multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) problems. When investigating aggregation operators information, we have to consider two important issues, viz. operational rules LIVPF numbers functions. classical Archimedean t-norm t-conorm (ATT) are a famous t-conorm, produce some special cases. Recently, ATT has been widely applied different information. Hence, this paper, for first issue, propose novel based on ATT. new laws flexible generate useful operations. For second choose powerful function, i.e., extended power average (EPA) operator as function. prominent EPA that it not only considers relationship among input arguments, but also dynamically changes weights arguments by employing parameter. our proposed LIVPFNs is suitable handle MAGDM problems actual life. Afterward, further present method under conditions. main finding study method, more than existing ones. Finally, apply sustainable building materials selection show its effectiveness. Additionally, comparison analysis provided demonstrate superiorities method.
